Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the MyDataHaus website and service (the “Service”), provided by Zabor Inc. (“we”, “us”), a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for a business, you agree on that business's behalf and confirm you're authorized to do so.

1. The Service

MyDataHaus connects to services you choose, organizes your data into dashboards, and uses AI to summarize it and point out what changed. The Service is in early access: features may change, and we may add or remove functionality as we develop it.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You're responsible for activity in your account and for the people you invite to your workspaces. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Your data

You keep all rights to the data you connect and the content you create. You give us permission to access, store and process it only as needed to provide and secure the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to connect the accounts and data you connect.

You also allow us to create anonymized statistics about groups of businesses that include your data — for example, averages for businesses in an industry and region. As described in the Privacy Policy, these statistics are built only from non-identifying details, cover at least five businesses, and identify no one. We may use, publish and share them during and after your use of the Service, and they belong to us.

4. Connected services

When you connect a third-party service, your use of that service is governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, including their availability or the accuracy of the data they provide. You can disconnect a service at any time.

5. AI-generated content and no professional advice

The Service produces summaries, figures and insights partly using AI. They can be incomplete or wrong. They are provided for your information and are not financial, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. Check anything important against your records, and consult a qualified professional before making decisions that depend on it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights using the Service;
• connect data you're not authorized to access;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts, or disrupt or overload it;
• reverse engineer the Service except where the law allows it;
• use the Service to build a competing product, or resell it without our written permission.

7. Fees

The Service is currently offered without charge during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you the price and terms before you're charged, and you can choose not to continue.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software and design, belongs to Zabor Inc. and its licensors. These terms don't give you any rights to it beyond using the Service as allowed here. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Where reasonable, we'll give you notice and a chance to export your content.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that its content will be accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zabor Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and CA $100.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Zabor Inc. against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the Service. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province in which Zabor Inc.'s registered office is located and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that province have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
